Note: This CME is visible to the southwest in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 coronagraph imagery. This event is not seen in STEREO A COR2 due to a data gap starting at 2024-05-23T20:53Z. The source is likely an eruption near AR 3679 (S12W78) starting around 2024-05-24T02:45Z as seen in SDO AIA 131 imagery.
